Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of Oats
  • 1/2 a Banana
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • Dash of Almond Milk

Directions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Spray the frying pan with oil
  • Cook 1 – 2 minutes each side

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of shaved almonds
