#4 Get Enough Sleep & Fluids
Do you feel like there are not enough hours in a day? If you are like me, you are always on the move trying to fit in all the important things in your life and before you know it, it is 12 o’clock in the evening and you sleep late and wake up early.
You want aim to get at least 7 hours of sleep every day. Set an alarm and say “Okay I am going to bed now at 11pm and wake up again at 7am” Make sure you find a balance. A lack of sleep can lead to increased levels of cortisol & stress, which will also play a big factor in how well your hormones function.
